내 기기에 저장되는 것What stays on your device
학습 진도, 설정, 시험 정보(판, 주, 하루 연습 시간, 인터뷰 날짜)는 브라우저에 저장돼요. 여권 번호, 사회보장번호, A-Number, 그 밖의 신분증 정보는 묻지 않아요.Your progress, settings and test details (version, state, minutes a day, interview date) are stored in your browser. We never ask for passport, Social Security, A-Number or any ID numbers.
정식판을 구매한 뒤After you buy Complete
결제는 Stripe가 처리하고, 저희는 이메일과 구매 기록만 받으며 카드 번호는 받지 않아요. 계정은 We Live in USA 공용 회원 계정에 저장돼요(다른 We Live in USA 사이트와 같은 계정). 로그인하면 학습 진도가 계정에 한 부 동기화되어, 기기를 바꿔도 볼 수 있어요.Stripe handles payment; we receive your email and the purchase record, never your card number. Your account lives in the shared We Live in USA member account. When signed in, a copy of your progress syncs to your account so other devices can see it.
마이크와 음성Microphone and voice
말로 답하기는 브라우저에 들어 있는 음성 인식을 써요. Chrome은 목소리를 Google로, Safari는 Apple의 음성 서비스로 보내 글자로 바꾸고, 이 과정은 저희를 거치지 않아요. 저희는 바뀐 글자만 받아서 답을 비교하는 데 쓰고, 녹음하거나 목소리를 저장하지 않으며, 어떤 모델을 학습시키는 데도 쓰지 않아요. 마이크를 쓰고 싶지 않으면 타자로 입력하거나 직접 판단할 수 있어요.Speaking practice uses your browser's built-in speech recognition: Chrome sends audio to Google and Safari to Apple to turn it into text; that doesn't pass through us. We only get the text to check your answer; we don't record or keep audio or use it to train any model. You can type instead.
발음Pronunciation audio
영어 발음은 미리 녹음한 음성 파일을 써요. 음성 파일이 없는 문장은 기기에 들어 있는 음성으로 읽어요. 일부 브라우저는 읽을 문장을 자체 음성 서비스로 보내요.Pronunciation uses pre-made audio files; sentences without a file use your device's built-in voice, which some browsers hand to their own speech service.
광고와 추적Ads and tracking
연습 페이지에는 광고가 없어요. 저희는 여러분의 데이터를 팔거나 빌려주지 않아요.The practice pages carry no ads. We don't sell or rent your data.
데이터 삭제Deleting your data
'설정'에서 이 기기의 학습 기록을 지울 수 있고, 로그인하면 계정에 동기화된 진도도 삭제할 수 있어요. 계정 전체를 삭제하려면 계정 이메일로 weliveinusa.com@gmail.com에 메일을 보내 주세요. 계정은 We Live in USA 여러 사이트가 함께 쓰기 때문에, 삭제하면 다른 사이트에서 구매한 것도 함께 효력이 없어져요. 그래서 먼저 확인 연락을 드려요.In Settings you can clear progress on this device and, when signed in, delete the progress synced to your account. To delete the whole account, email weliveinusa.com@gmail.com from that address; because the account is shared across We Live in USA sites, purchases on other sites go too, so we'll confirm with you first.
