存在你這台裝置的東西What stays on your device
學習進度、設定、考試資料（版本、州、每天幾分鐘、面試日期）存在你的瀏覽器裡。我們不問護照號碼、社安號碼、A-Number 或任何身分證件資料。Your progress, settings and test details (version, state, minutes a day, interview date) are stored in your browser. We never ask for passport, Social Security, A-Number or any ID numbers.
買了完整版之後After you buy Complete
付款由 Stripe 處理，我們只收到你的 email 與購買紀錄，拿不到卡號。你的帳號存在 We Live in USA 共用的會員帳號裡（跟其他 We Live in USA 網站同一個帳號）。登入後，學習進度會同步一份到你的帳號，換裝置也看得到。Stripe handles payment; we receive your email and the purchase record, never your card number. Your account lives in the shared We Live in USA member account. When signed in, a copy of your progress syncs to your account so other devices can see it.
麥克風與語音Microphone and voice
開口答題用的是你瀏覽器內建的語音辨識：Chrome 會把聲音送到 Google、Safari 送到 Apple 的語音服務轉成文字，這段不經過我們。我們只拿到轉好的文字，用來比對答案，不錄音、不保存聲音，也不拿來訓練任何模型。不想用麥克風，可以改用打字或自己判斷。Speaking practice uses your browser's built-in speech recognition: Chrome sends audio to Google and Safari to Apple to turn it into text; that doesn't pass through us. We only get the text to check your answer; we don't record or keep audio or use it to train any model. You can type instead.
發音Pronunciation audio
英文發音用預先錄好的音檔；沒有音檔的句子用你裝置內建的語音唸。有些瀏覽器會把要唸的句子交給它自己的語音服務。Pronunciation uses pre-made audio files; sentences without a file use your device's built-in voice, which some browsers hand to their own speech service.
廣告與追蹤Ads and tracking
練習頁面沒有廣告。我們不賣、不出租你的資料。The practice pages carry no ads. We don't sell or rent your data.
刪除資料Deleting your data
在「設定」可以清除這台裝置的學習紀錄，登入時也可以刪除同步在帳號裡的進度。要刪除整個帳號，請用帳號 email 寫信到 weliveinusa.com@gmail.com；因為帳號是 We Live in USA 各站共用的，刪除後其他站的購買也會一起失效，我們會先跟你確認。In Settings you can clear progress on this device and, when signed in, delete the progress synced to your account. To delete the whole account, email weliveinusa.com@gmail.com from that address; because the account is shared across We Live in USA sites, purchases on other sites go too, so we'll confirm with you first.
