Premium processing

With premium processing, USCIS issues an approval, a denial, a request for evidence (RFE) or a notice of intent to deny (NOID) within 15 business days of receiving the request and fee. An RFE or NOID stops the clock, and a new 15-business-day period starts when USCIS receives your response. If USCIS misses the timeframe it refunds the fee and keeps processing, unless it has opened a fraud or misrepresentation investigation. An I-907 filed together with the I-140 must be filed by mail.[1,2]
