Premium processing

With Form I-907, USCIS must take action on an L-1A petition — approve, deny, or issue a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) — within 15 business days, or refund the $2,965 fee.[1,2]

The clock starts when USCIS receives the forms and fees. An RFE or NOID stops it, and a new 15-business-day period starts when USCIS receives the response.[1]

Premium processing is not offered for the L-2 Form I-539, but an I-539 filed together with the I-129 is adjudicated at the same time as the petition.[2]
